Linux and Windows 2003 servers are closely-monitored, in optimum environmental conditions, have 24 hour manned security, CCTV, fire protection, and triple failure power supply.

Our high availability network is 99.99% guaranteed, in line with our service level agreement. Our Internet transit is connected via multiple diversely routed fibre connections, ensuring connectivity during a failure.
Our data centres are protected by non-ozone depleting under floor air conditioning maintaining a constant 20 degrees Celcius. In the event of one of our cooling systems failing, a backup is in place to ensure maximum protection.
Our data centres are fitted with non-ozone depleting early detection, fire suppression and first class smoke detection systems.

Our data centres are protected by diesel generators and battery backup. During a power failure, UPS systems ensure immediate protection and diesel generators start up providing power for up-to 3 days without refuelling.
